For Families:

Q: What age clients do you accept?

A: Currently, we are able to service students ages 2-14


Q: Do you accept insurance or private pay?

A: We are in the process of getting in network with several private insurance and Medicaid.  We will update our site as we are approved to accept insurance.  At this time, all services require private pay.


Q: Where do you provide services?

A: Currently, services are available within the client's home in the following areas within Pennsylvania: Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County.  Telehealth services are also available.


Q: What is your service delivery model?

A:  At this time, we provide a clinician only service model.  Our master's or bachelor's level clinicians provide parent training, as well as, direct services to clients.  The goal of treatment is to transfer skills to the family.


Q: When are services available?

A: Most hours are delivered following the school day Monday-Friday between the hours of 4-8pm.  If you require different availability, please contact us.


For Professionals:

Q: How does supervision work for individuals acquiring hours in preparation for the BCBA exam?

A: Supervision is offered individually or in a group (depending on availability) to individuals currently employed/accessing sufficient hours to meet the minimum monthly requirement.  


Q: What is the cost of supervision?

A: Supervision is currently $60 per hour for individual supervision and $45 per hour for group supervision.


Q: Where does supervision take place?

A: Supervision is a virtual service.
